    Job Description

    Title: Customer Service Coordinators

    Location: Remote – PST hours – Not in California

    Duration: August 5th-January 31st (possibility to extend)

    *Full attendance required for 7-week training*

    # of Openings: 30

    Pay Rate: $19/hr – fixed

    Ideal Background

    • 2+ years' experience in data entry, with a focus on accounting, finance, healthcare, or insurance
    • Proficient in data entry, spelling & grammar, typing, and basic math
    • Proven track record in Customer Service
    • Capability to identify, analyze, and solve quantitative and qualitative issues
    • Strong business sense and effective communication skills
    • Familiarity with PC window-based systems
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments with keen attention to detail
    • Adaptable to new business needs and open to change
    • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    The Customer Service Coordinator will predominantly engage in data entry (80%) and outbound calls (20%) to assist with health plan enrollment. The primary goal is to manage account updates, billing, reconciliations, reports, and customer service duties. Tasks may involve maintaining databases, conducting research for contracts administration, overseeing cash control operations, assigning medical record numbers, issuing contracts and member ID cards, offering facilities support, and inputting documents into the workflow imaging system.

    Main Duties: Data Entry (80%) and Outbound Calls (20%) – Demanding role that demands critical thinking and problems solving skills
