We are looking for support for our service assistant (m/f/d)
We are looking for a full-time (40 hours) service assistant (m/f/d) to support our team immediately.

Your tasks:

  • Warm and competent care of our customers
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Invoicing of workshop orders
  • Handing over customer vehicles with explanation of the work carried out
  • Supporting the service advisors
  • Organizing replacement and rental cars
  • Responsibility for a smooth process in the service department
