Real Estate Management Trainee:

Starting in summer 2023, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Management Trainee.

Through our comprehensive and hands-on training program, you will learn all aspects of the real estate management field and lay the foundation for your future career.

Our qualified and dedicated trainers will support you along the way. We will nurture your strengths and give you the opportunity to broaden your horizons through trainee projects.

YOUR OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH:

You will gain experience in all areas of our company, from commercial and technical property management to leasing and accounting
You will have the chance to take on responsible tasks in the management of both commercial and residential properties
You will learn about property administration and take on partial tasks after thorough training
Your tasks will vary between customer contact, project work, and administration, both in the office and at the properties

YOUR PROFILE THAT WILL IMPRESS US:

High school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or at least a good secondary school leaving certificate
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of English is desirable
Openminded and communicative
Curious and motivated to learn
