    Benefits:



    • Up to $35 per hour
      PLUS bonuses, commissions,
      AND spiffs

    • We have Techs that make up to $100k a year

    • Our average tech makes $70k a year

    • Eligible for paid health benefits (Aetna HMO; PPO options as well)

    • 5 sick days PLUS 6 paid holidays, plus vacation (based on time served)

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of HVAC service experience
    • Relevant licenses and certifications
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
