For our client, a government agency in the metropolitan region of Hamburg, we are currently looking for a

Office Clerk (m/f/d) Entry into the public sector


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will assist with creating and maintaining files (both manually and electronically).
  • You will handle correspondence.
  • You will coordinate appointments and answer phone calls.
  • You will support with processing applications.
  • You will assist with documenting processes.
  • You will archive completed tasks.

Your Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (office management, office communication, office clerk m/f/d or similar).
  • You have previous experience in administration and organization during your apprenticeship or in your first job.
  • You are looking for an entry into the public sector.
  • Your MS Office skills are good.
  • You work with great attention to detail and in a structured manner.
  • You have good communication skills and empathy.
