We are currently seeking a Research Analyst (m/f/d) in the Corporate Health department for our location in Herndon, VA.


Responsibilities:

  • You will support our Head of Customer Relations in daily business and campaign management
  • You will conduct information, scheduling, and sales conversations and document them in the CRM
  • You will independently manage individual projects in collaboration with the respective departments
  • You will create presentations and proposals
  • You will regularly engage with customers via phone and email
  • You will conduct crossselling and upselling activities, as well as customer retention measures
  • You will assist your team with research tasks (addresses, market players, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree or training in business administration, marketing, health management, or a similar field
  • You are passionate about sales and customer service
  • You are highly independent, dedicated, and reliable
  • You work precisely, with a solutionoriented mindset, and utilize your language and communication skills in your work
  • You have fluent German language skills, and proficient English skills are a plus
  • You recognize the economic and social importance of corporate health management for employers
  • You are familiar with using new software solutions and have experience with MS Office
  • Practical knowledge in corporate health management is a plus
