- Promptly respond to customer inquiries
- Take detailed notes with regards to warranty issues
- Verify warranty status and coverage by examining records, and explain provision and exclusions
- Develop, write and process warranties with accuracy
- Handle warranty requests in compliance with both company standards and legal requirements
- Develop accurate estimates and explain estimates to customers
- Insure recall notifications are initiated properly
- Handle shipment of defective parts, arrange for delivery of replacements a or receipt of credit
- Communicate with manufacturers, secure replacement parts and repairs for defective merchandise
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 4 year(s) previous experience working with warrant/service
- Display strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented, good problem solving skills, strong organizational skills
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m. (Flexible hours, days and weekends when necessary)
- Minimal travel may be required, with overnight stay
- Sitting; occasional bending or kneeling; lift and carry a maximum 30 Lbs., reach overhead for lightweight items
- Office work

Primary Job Responsibilities:
