    The Academic Services Manager will be responsible for managing academic administrative projects for the Office of the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences.


    Essential duties:

    • Provide administrative support to Dean's Office and to CAS Department Chairs.
    • Monitor Blackboard courses for content and instructor engagement.
    • Assist Department Chairs in maintaining and proofing department course rotations and course schedules.
    • Assist with adjunct instructors assignments and load monitoring.
    • Provide general support for instructor and program assessments as well as new program research and proposals.
    • Schedule phone interviews for the department for full-time and faculty candidates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 3-5 years of professional office environment experience, preferably within a higher education setting
    • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
    • Superior experience with Microsoft Office software
    • Experience with University technology such as Banner, Blackboard, Cognos, and Genisys preferred
