We, the rs motions GmbH & Co KG, are looking for strong and service-oriented sales advisors / customer advisors (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for our location in Landau in der Pfalz, starting on April 1st, 2024, for our car rental branch in West End-Cobb Town, AL.


We welcome applicants with a background in the hospitality industry, sales, travel agencies, reception, or customer service, as well as those looking to make a career change.


Responsibilities:

  • You will advise our national and international business and private customers at the rental station.
  • You will rent out our highquality and modern vehicles.
  • You will sell additional services related to car rental.
  • You will ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining our service standards.
  • You will coordinate our premium fleet.
  • You will organize the daily operations at the station.
  • You will actively support in maintaining the rental car fleet (cleaning the vehicles, checking supplies, refueling, washing in the car wash, etc.).
  • You will deliver and pick up vehicles to and from customers.

Qualifications:

  • You have completed vocational training and have experience in a serviceoriented sector (e.g. retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or customer service).
  • You have a customeroriented mindset and enjoy working directly with customers.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience as a customer service representative, service employee, or sales advisor and are an expert in customer care.
