The mission:

Acting as the central interface between the transport and warehouse departments and customer order management
Managing daytoday operations
Ensuring timely processing of orders
Creating staff schedules in collaboration with team leaders for the operations department
Managing and monitoring a stateoftheart facility and coordinating maintenance and repairs with the IT and technical departments as well as external service providers
Continuously optimizing processes and services while maintaining high quality standards
Creating statistics and analyses using KPIs for daytoday operations

Requirements:

Completed commercial training or a relevant further education with a focus on logistics management, technical logistics, or a similar degree
Several years of professional experience in material flow control and technology in automated warehouses
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, experience with warehouse management systems, primarily EWM
Good written and spoken German and English skills
