OFFICE AUTOMATION ANALYST

This Office Automation Analyst position, under the Management Services agency in Tallahassee, FL, involves heading development projects and ensuring applications meet business requirements.

Lead development, maintenance release and conversion projects

Key responsibilities include coordinating project teams, assessing project needs, and resolving issues for efficient project delivery.

Ensure applications adhere to business requirements and standards
Provide support and training to other team members
Monitor and document computer application systems
Contribute to policy and standard development within the organization
Perform additional related tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Understanding of Project Management principles and practices
Familiarity with Information Technology
Ability to lead project teams and manage vendor-led projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and workflows

Minimum Qualifications:

At least four years of experience in IT-related projects

A Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field can substitute for experience
