    What we provide:

    • Leads: We provide qualified inbound leads. No cold Calling
    • Base + Commission: We provide a base salary of 40k, plus commissions to provide the income you're looking for.
    • Proven Blueprint: We provide all the tools and resources needed to hit your goals. Our system allows agents to focus on the activities that make them successful. We provide all the leads, an intuitive CRM, and back-office support so you can focus on hitting your goals.
    • All Expense Paid Vacations: Qualify for annual world-class vacations. There are multiple trips for our agents to qualify for.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Life and Health Insurance License.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • One year of sales experience.
    • You must be able to pass a vector credit check.
