    A leading company providing health services for seniors at home is seeking a Home Health Business Development Manager to join their team in Santa Clara, CA This is a remote-based hybrid position that is looking for candidates to leverage existing contacts or establish new relationships to generate new business opportunities.

    They are looking for candidates with 2+ years of home care sales experience who live in Santa Clara, have a strong network in the home health industry, and have the ability to travel to meet with clients within the local area.

    Pay Range:
    $100, 000 - $110, 000 DOEResponsibilities:Build and nurture relationships with key industry contacts to increase client acquisitionIntroduce and highlight the company's services to potential clients and referral partnersConduct market research to stay ahead of trends, client needs, and economic conditions to inform business development strategiesIdentify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to sales growthConduct weekly updates with the Executive Team on plans and progressMaintain daily updates in the CRM to track meetings and interactionsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Care salesStrong background in the home health industryProficiency in CRM Software, HubSpot experience is a plusValid driver s license and access to a vehicle with a clean driving recordBachelor s degree is preferred;relevant experience is considered in lieu of degreeBenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance401K PlanPTOCar allowanceCredit card for gas expensesMeal allowance per dayFriendly teamFully remote with local client meetingsApply now#LI-POST #LI-HYBRID #LI-SS1
