Job Description:
Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Provides customer support to users of a Drupal-based content management system (CMS) and custom Microsoft web application. The CMS houses web content and functionality for public-facing federal websites. Specific responsibilities include:
• Monitor support intake requests and respond to user requests for support, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely response
• Receive website content and web form requirements and create new website pages/forms
• Update website content using CMS per client and user requests
• Troubleshoot and update user accounts
• Update HTML pages and website XML configurations per client direction
