Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will work closely with a strong sales team.

You will build your own customer base in the construction industry and guide your leads throughout the entire customer journey.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Acquiring new small and mediumsized customers in the DACH market with quarterly sales targets, OTI & Accelerator for overachievement of goals;
  • Indepth qualification of customer situations and management of the complete sales cycle until contract conclusion;
  • Internal collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to integrate Flexcavo optimally for the customer;
  • External stakeholder management, especially with Clevel, department heads, construction managers, and fleet managers;
  • Development and implementation of lead generation strategies in collaboration with the Sales Development and Marketing team;
  • Collaboration with Product and Sales Leadership team to continuously develop Flexcavo in the best interest of the customer.
Qualifications

  • With your experience in lead qualification and pain identification, you quickly gain a holistic understanding of customers and can offer individual added value;
  • Ideally, you have first business contacts or a network in the construction industry;
  • High level of personal responsibility, closing skills, and passion for sales;
  • Very good German skills and ideally good English
