Salary & Compensation

Qualifications

  • Seven years Experience working in one or more of the following fields: information technology, computer science, management, higher education, higher education auxiliary services, events or transportation service (required)
  • Five years Experience leading teams in a management or leadership role, particularly in a fastpaced, serviceoriented environment, or a related field. (required)
  • Experience conducting indepth research and analysis to identify and recommend best practices for emerging technologies and product improvement. (required)
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, including abilities in persuasion, negotiation, change management, and mentorship. (required)
  • Significant experience leading others in a projectbased environment using leading project management practices including schedule management, status reporting, and communication of project risks and (required)
  • Significant experience solving complex, technical and nontechnical problems with budget, timeline, and other resource implications. (required)
  • Significant experience providing inclusive leadership of others, advancing an inclusive environment that values equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. (required)
  • Ten or more years Experience working in one or more of the following fields: information technology, computer science, management, higher education, higher education auxiliary services, events or transportation service (preferred)
  • Six or more years Experience leading teams in a management or leadership role, particularly in a fastpaced, serviceoriented environment. (preferred)
  • Experience in complex higher education environments, serving academic and administrative functions of a large public university. (preferred)
  • Advanced understanding of events and transportation products. (required)
  • Advanced understanding of how programs relate to other business strategies and initiatives. (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps that align to organizational goals and user needs. (required)
  • Highly skilled in written and verbal communications and is able to communicate on behalf of teams and relay highly complex technical information. Significant experience communicating with technical and nontechnical leaders. (required)
  • Highly advanced project management skills with demonstrated experience delivering multiple complex projects, delegating responsibility, tracking project progress, managing others, and coaching teams on the prioritization of competing project/customer needs. (required)
  • Able to delegate solutioning when appropriate to the proper resources. Experience operating as a point of escalation. Demonstrated understanding of how decisions affect teams. Demonstrated ability to make decisions with integrity. (required)
  • Integrates creative thinking and industryleading practices into diverse team operations; has experience inspiring teams to innovate and grow. Has significant experience leading in an everchanging, fastpaced environment. (required)

Special Conditions for Employment

  • This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that includes regular visits to campus as needed (for those who work remotely, travel/lodging expenses are not eligible for reimbursement).


The anticipated pay range for this position is$175,748 - $206,030, annually; salary is dependent upon the skills and experience of the selected finalist.
