    HiFyve is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Sarasota, FL

    • Pay: $15 per/hr - $25 per/hr
    • 1st shift Monday Friday
    • Growing Company with Room for Advancement

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person professionally and promptly.
    • Resolve customer issues regarding product quality, delivery delays, billing, or any other order-related matters.
    • Foster strong customer relationships.
    • Understand company products, manufacturing processes, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
    • Identify potential sales leads and make cold calls to expand the customer base, contributing to company growth.
    • Process cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately and efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated customer service experience.
    • Basic computer skills necessary; ERP experience preferred.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing time and tasks efficiently.
    • Positive attitude, adept problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
