Description

We are seeking an Associate Director of Market Access for Germany at Wickliffe. In this role, the successful candidate will use market access activities to shape the German market and promote differentiation, creating a stronger position for cell-culture and adjuvanted vaccines with payers and key stakeholders. You will develop and implement effective market strategies for new and existing products, focusing on pricing and reimbursement, evidence-based medicine review, health technology, and health economic modeling (in collaboration with global and EMEA market access teams). Your role will also involve communicating the unique attributes of CSL Seqirus' portfolio to external stakeholders to ensure the value of our vaccines is recognized and maximized in the market. To be successful, you will work closely with national and regional payers, physician associations, pharmacy associations, and other decision makers to ensure fair reimbursement systems and recognition of the value of our portfolio.

This position reports to the Country Head for DACH and requires close collaboration with medical, marketing, and sales teams locally, as well as with global market access and policy teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing market access strategies for existing and new products
