For our location in Bargteheide, we are looking for an apprentice as a specialist for food technology (m/f/d) in East Brooklyn.

We are a medium-sized family business located in Bargteheide, northeast of Hamburg. Our company has a nearly 100-year history. Our honey brand is known to consumers as a leading premium and gourmet brand in the German and international food trade.

Your tasks

You will learn all processes of our production process from start to finish
We will show you the proper handling, operation, maintenance, and care of our production equipment and machines while adhering to quality standards
You will learn about food safety within the framework of quality management
We will teach you how to control and analyze incoming goods for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials
