Description
The Schwarz IT department manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments' business processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

  • You will join our service-oriented support department, "IT Service Management," and become one of our "Process Managers" (m/f/d) within the company
  • You will be the contact person (m/f/d) for our local Problem Managers in the country organizations, working together to develop optimization proposals for operational or procedural processes and the supporting tool, ServiceNow
  • You will take on initial responsibility as project manager (m/f/d) for the implementation of optimizations in the process and in ServiceNow
  • You will support as a consultant (m/f/d) and central contact person (m/f/d) for problem management throughout the group
  • You will analyze the flow of problem management throughout the company using key figures and reports and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence
  • You will work closely with Event, Incident, and Knowledge Management to minimize the number of disruptions
  • You will network within Schwarz IT, Lidl and Kaufl
