At the Fertility Center, we are a team of experienced, empathetic, and dynamic individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients.

• Operate a multi-line telephone system
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, ranging from per day
• Enter patients into Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Answer all scheduling calls, questions, and concerns
• Schedule and/or reschedule a variety of appointment types
• Communicate appointment information, including necessary paperwork required from the patient new patient packets, etc.
• Management and continuous awareness of schedule templates, updates and changes for multiple providers
• Assist in other front office positions as needed, including checkin, checkout, screening, etc.

• 3-5 years of experience in a medical office (OB preferred)
• EMR experience (EPIC EMR preferred)
• Willing to be flexible with hours (starting at 7:00 or 8:00 AM, based on provider schedule needs)
• Billing experience is helpful in this job (familiar with different insurance types and collection processes)
