    SUMMARY OF POSITION:
    The Clinical Program Coordinator administers and coordinates all multidisciplinary activities associated with the Clinical Programs. The individual works in collaboration with the Medical Directors of the individual programs. He/she demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide care for the adult and geriatric patient population participating in the Programs.

    Heart Failure, Chest Pain, and Stroke Accreditation Programs:

    This individual is focused on the management of data related to the programs as well as providing necessary support to ensure that program related activities are carried out


    Such activities may include:
     team coordination, support groups, educational and promotional events. This individual possesses the ability to display and interpret data. The individual serves as a subject matter expert in the coordination of required accreditation activities.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of three years of related clinical experience.
    • State RN License required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Program management or research background preferred.
    • Experience in Performance Improvement preferred.
    • Certification in cardiac care preferred
