Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain our CRM systems (ClimeCo proprietary Products Platform. Salesforce, NetSuite, and Asana) by entering customer data, identifying errors in the customer's data, and ensuring customer profiles are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Create reports for the team and provide insights by analyzing data and additional information.
  • Draft purchase contracts and circulate approved contracts for execution via DocuSign.
  • Create client purchase records in Salesforce and submit them to ClimeCo Finance for client invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely and enthusiastic administrative assistance to external and internal stakeholders across the organization, particularly scheduling sales calls, and client meetings.
  • Support creating and finetuning proposals from templates for clients upon request.
  • Proofread and finalize formatting for outgoing proposals, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and flawless document appearance.
  • Support SVP Certifications Programs with the administrative aspects of ClimeCo's Certification programs, including liaising with clients to procure and file product certification documentation, coordinating Life Cycle Assessment reviews, and generally shepherding clients through the registration, reporting, and renewal processes.
  • Conduct market research as needed.
  • Support with other administrative tasks as needed by the organization
