Your tasks

Implementation of customer-specific communication solutions from the manufacturer Alcatel
Installation, commissioning, and support of Alcatel systems such as Omni PCX Office and/or Omni PCX Enterprise and/or OpenTouch
Installation and support of applications such as CTI, ACD, UC, UCC
Handling of incidents and MAC in a remote environment
Processing and updating of system documentation
Participation in on-call duty

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the IT and telecommunications sector (e.g. electronics technician for information and telecommunications technology, IT specialist, IT system electronics technician, or equivalent)
Knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and operation of Alcatel systems and related applications
Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Vo
