Commercial Manager (m/f/d) - Hospitality:


The Mühlenhotel Halle-Leipzig is conveniently located on the outskirts of the Händel city of Halle, close to the trade fair city of Leipzig.

In addition to 134 rooms, our CCH-certified hotel offers a large conference and event area with eight rooms for up to 300 participants.


A real attraction is our bar:
it is located in a 100-year-old mill.


Your tasks:


  • Management of business tasks
  • Review and optimization of commercial processes
  • Management of bookings, invoices & reminders
  • Trustful cooperation with management and hotel management
  • Preparation of forecasts, interim reports and cash flow planning
  • Tasks in personnel management
  • Other organizational and administrative tasks

Our requirements for you:


  • Completed degree in business administration or commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • You are characterized by an extremely structured and independent way of working
  • You have excellent manners and a positive attitude
  • Communication skills, flexibility, confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Very good IT skills for the office area
  • You are motivated and reliable, have a desire for a new challenge and want to contribute
