    With 20 years of success serving Central CA – Comfort Keepers is now servicing Elk Grove. Become a Personal Care Aide (PCA) and Caregiver with Comfort Keepers and join a compassionate team of people - who are dedicated to providing companionship and personal care for seniors and older adults in the Modesto area while earning a highly competitive wage.

    As a Personal Care Aide (PCA) and Caregiver on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes to ensure they are living the most positive and purposeful lives possible.

    Responsibilities of being a CK Caregiver:

    • Provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes
    • Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
    • Help seniors get into and out of bed as needed
    • Help seniors use the restroom when needed
    • Perform duties as assigned on a personalized senior care service plan
    • Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments and hobbies
    • Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home

    Requirements for becoming a CK Caregiver:

    • Submit to criminal background investigation (20+ years), motor vehicle driving record check and pre-employment drug screening
    • Possess a valid current driver's license, automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
    • Possess PCA, HHA or CNA license or have 6 months of experience as a caregiver (preferred but not required)
    • Possess high school diploma or GED
    • Be able to service the Elk Grove, CA area
