    Compensation: **$52,000** annually

    Outside the box thinking

    A college education (preferred, but not required)

    What youll be doing day to day

    Providing excellent written and verbal communication to our National Account customers

    Addressing customer, platform, order, and product issues

    Offering expertise, ownership and tailored support to specific chain clients on an assigned basis

    Providing strategic solutions aimed at turning potentially negative experiences into net positive results

    Monitoring fulfillment issues and working with other divisions and outside contacts to provide customers with timely order status updates

    Proactively identifying ways to improve our standards, procedures, and operational efficiencies through the use of a dedicated programming team
