Position Overview:


As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face and voice of our company, providing outstanding service to our clients while supporting our service technicians in the field.

Your role will involve coordinating service calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

This position offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to our team's success.


Position:
Full Time / 40 hours (In-person/Office)


  • Key Responsibilities:_
  • Schedule HVAC technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely response to client needs.
  • Provide support to service technicians in the field, including assigning work orders and addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and technician schedules using our CRM system.
  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement efficient customer service procedures and policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies to ensure availability for service appointments.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the team's success.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in customer service & dispatch in the HVAC or home service industry such as plumbing, electrical or other similar trade. _

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
