    Overview:

    Xentity seeks a dynamic Agile Project Manager based in the Denver, CO area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for orchestrating teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional results. This role requires a balance of Quality Controls and Agile Project Management expertise to drive successful project outcomes. Join our team and contribute to shaping and growing our business while making a significant impact in the data consulting and support services sector.

    Position Scope:

    • Proactively manage project risks and obstacles
    • Coordinate multiple projects across various divisions and leadership levels
    • Lead Agile ceremonies and manage Agile project tools
    • Supervise and mentor staff to achieve their goals and maintain engagement

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years of Agile Project Management experience as a Software Dev Scrum Master
    • 2 years of Project Management experience outside of Scrum methodology
    • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
    • Proficiency in JIRA, Google Workspace or MS Office365

    Required Requirements:

    • Must be US Citizen to meet government contract requirements
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a position of Public Trust clearance

    Preferred Requirements:

    • PMP/PMI-ACP certified (sponsorship available)
    • Experience with large distributed technical teams or in Government/Enterprise settings

    Job Goal:

    • Establish Agile and Quality Controls
    • Introduction to key project players

    First 60 days

    • Execute Quality Controls
    • Coordinate communication plan
    • Run Agile Lifecycle

    First 90 days

    • Conduct quarterly task order reviews
    • Assist with backlog maintenance
