Are you passionate about planning events and making them an unforgettable experience? An education organization in Irvine is looking to add a Temporary Event Planner to their team. This is an ON SITE role, so get ready to dive into the exciting world of event planning! You must be available to work on some nights and weekends to ensure the success of the events.
As an Event Planner, your main task will be to assist in planning events of various scales, from small gatherings to large fundraisers. We are in search of an event enthusiast with a solid background in planning, strategy, and flawless execution. We need someone who thrives in organization - from contacting venues to meticulous budgeting and meticulously scheduling important dates like sending out invites and save the dates.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in organizing large scale events and a good understanding of marketing principles. We need someone who can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, adapt to changes on the go, and work swiftly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
