- 5 years' management experience.
- Prefer healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales and services.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 10yrs experience in relevant field with an associate's degree in electronics.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Business and financial management expertise to assist with contract management and account margin maintenance.
- Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and budget management experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Effectively maintains credibility and builds trust with customer administration, clinicians and staff.

- Develops methods to measure department performance and ensures that development / improvement programs are in place to increase quality. Holds self and staff accountable for completion of assignments.
- Understands and performs audits and periodic internal reviews in accordance with policies to ensure proper business management practices are being followed.
- Recruits, trains and develops employees. Provides cross and lateral training, and provides on-going feedback with focused action steps for areas of improvement.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of, and can articulate, policies and procedures and the laws and regulations that impact the company and are related to the position.

Job Description:
The Imaging Services Manager is responsible for providing overall strategic direction, leadership and technical services management for the Imaging field service technicians within an assigned geographic area. Is also responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of the Imaging department technicians at designated site(s)or multiple sites to achieve the short and mid-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall organization business plan.
The Imaging Services Manager certifies, ensures that customer records and billing are accurate and complete and participates in revenue growth activity with AE'S, TSM and OMD.
