Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide rehabilitation services to individuals with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.

The Occupational Therapist will work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans to help improve their ability to perform daily tasks and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct evaluations to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and goals
Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve clients' strength, coordination, and mobility
Educate clients and their families on safe and effective techniques for completing daily tasks
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to coordinate care for clients
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of clients' evaluations, treatments, and progress

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
State license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in occupational therapy
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
