To continue growing together and face the challenges of tomorrow, we are looking for you for our location(s) in Oldenburg as a Salesperson - Student Worker (m/f/d).


We are currently seeking dedicated and friendly employees as student workers with a passion for fashion in the Oldenburg city center.

We also welcome career changers.


Hallerstede is the specialist retailer in Oldenburg for travel and business equipment, leisure backpacks and bags, fashion accessories, school bags, and various small leather goods.

In addition to our online shop (), we operate four stores, our main store Hallerstede on Lange Straße, an outlet on Achternstraße, and two other concept stores under the name "NEOH" in Oldenburg and Bad Zwischenahn.


Your responsibilities:

  • Dedicated consultation and optimal support for our customers
  • Active customer approach and multiple service
  • Confidently leading and concluding sales conversations

Your qualifications:

  • Career changers with a passion for fashion or training in retail
  • Enthusiasm for fashion or previous experience
  • Openness, customer orientation, and a strong ability to communicate and work in a team round off your profile
