Responsibilities:


  • Projectrelated identification of opportunities and risks on international construction sites and subsidiaries, including reporting to management and executive level
  • Analysis of contracts and cost calculations
  • Participation in project and compliance audits, as well as due diligence reviews
  • Development of improvement proposals within the scope of audits
  • Further development of the existing audit process

Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or comparable education and training in the construction field
  • Several years of professional experience in managing large construction projects, e.g. as a construction manager or project manager in transportation infrastructure (roads, railways, earthworks, or underground construction)
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards (including contract law, VOB, HOAI, and FIDIC) as well as experience in cost calculations for construction projects
  • At least conversational proficiency in English, as well as fluent German and willingness to travel internationally for business
  • Confident and professional demeanor, good communication and argumentation skills, and team spirit
