- Develop a close working relationship with Support Management to evaluate the cost of supporting escalated accounts.
- Identify opportunities for growth of new services.
- Generate measurable increases of service revenue on existing accounts based on incremental services.
- Develop processes to ensure appropriate action is taken to understand and reverse adverse movements in contract activity/financial positions.
- Evaluate specific cases of contract attrition and uncover opportunities for retention.
- Participate in evaluation of service contract fees and discounts, based on COGs analysis and service costs.
- Collaborate with Field Service Operations on evaluation of opportunities of new regions.
- Provide reports for the Senior Director, Sales Contract Renewal and keep them updated with the renewal's performance.
- Ensure the availability of accurate, timely information to support monitoring and management of contracts and relationships.
- Perform competitive advantage analysis of Spectra services against other storage companies in similar storage landscape.
- Size post-deployment engagements and requirements to take complex solutions to production.
- Build long-standing and successful relationships with key clients and potential clients.
- 3+ years of Software, Hardware, Infrastructure re-occurring Services revenue generation and Services sales experience.
- Proven history in customer service satisfaction and self-starter in sales achievements with minimal oversight.
- Able to articulate clearly and succinctly in high pressure and challenging situations.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in developing business opportunities.
- Excellent project management skills with preferred PMP certification.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to collaborate, and be part of a positive team.
- Technical background to understand the needs of our clients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Manager, Revenue Operations - Services to join our team
Base Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Manager, Revenue Operations to help drive our services revenue and evaluate escalation costs. The position will work closely with the Service Delivery and Escalation teams to monetize service deliverables to customers that are not associated to revenue, while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at industry high levels. This will occur in addition to creating new opportunities to generate revenue through existing customer contracts or the development of new offerings within our solution services portfolio. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to identify unfound revenue.
