    Senior Sourcing Specialist at Enterprise Products Partners L.P.

    Enterprise Products Partners L.P. stands out as one of the largest publicly traded partnerships in North America, delivering midstream energy services to a wide range of customers. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will play a vital role in negotiating and overseeing strategic agreements for materials, services, and equipment. This position offers a dynamic environment where efficiency, leadership, and collaboration are the keys to success.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Identifying sourcing opportunities by analyzing business and industry data
    • Driving spend rationalization by leveraging regional and company-wide spend with key suppliers
    • Developing internal and external relationships to ensure successful sourcing strategies
    • Leading resolution plans for issues with key suppliers
    • Collaborating with stakeholder groups to define and execute sourcing strategies
    • Negotiating business requirements for complex contract negotiations
    • Evaluating commercial proposals and providing recommendations based on total cost of ownership
    • Conducting supplier relationship management activities
    • Monitoring market intelligence data to mitigate contract and procurement risks
    • Coordinating with various departments to create new contracts and support sourcing initiatives
    • Managing the contracting process for new and existing agreements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management
    • 5+ years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement, preferably in the energy industry
    • Client service experience with a focus on meeting internal customer needs
    • Experience in supplier and category management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Effective negotiator with project leadership experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
