Position – Maintenance Technician

Job Location – Ixonia, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:00pm)

Starting Pay – $34-$38+/hr Depends on Experience

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – Associate degree or certification preferred.

Responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities and the production tooling/ processes deployed to produce the finished products.

Responsibilities

Provides Maintenance services at two production sites.

Responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities and the production tooling/ processes deployed to produce the Bryant products.

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of experience in Maintenance in an industrial manufacturing enterprise.

Demonstrated basic Lean knowledge and results required with certification preferred.

Prior experience in low volume high mix industrial business required. Metal fabrication and machining preferred.

Strong electrical mechanical maintenance hands-on experience required.

Strong self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Hands on internal customer centric management approach.
