**Company Vehicle Provided**:

  • NO snow removal or lawn mowing

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic maintenance for managed properties throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha counties as assigned. Company vehicle provided.
  • Complete property evaluations
  • Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
  • Perform work in a timely manner
  • Afterhours calls as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Highly detail oriented, observant and organized
  • Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
  • General maintenance and repair knowledge
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong mechanical inclination
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions company vehicle provided
