Job Summary:
Assist Business & Finance with audit based projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High School Diploma, required
Some college level accounting courses required.
Proficient in technology and Office products.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience working in an education or office environment, preferred.
Essential Duties:
Assist Risk and Insurance department with preparation of annual insurance renewal.
Assist the Business & Finance division in preparing for the 6/30/24 year-end audit.
Assist the Business & Finance Executive Assistant with fiscal year-end preparation for on-campus audit fieldwork. (e.g. communications, planning documents, sorting prior year files, scanning)
Assist the Business & Finance division with organization and record retention projects.
Perform basic reconciliation of asset and liability accounts through spreadsheets and provided source documents.
Other duties as assigned.

Sedentary (up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time)
