Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist with daytoday administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Provide support to the finance and sales departments as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with accurate records of vehicle history.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicles.
- Process license and registration for new and preowned vehicles.
- Prepare paperwork for DMV on sold vehicles.
- Assist with maintaining accurate record of vehicle inventory, billing wholesales and dealer trades.
- Process intercompany trades.
- Reconcile receivable schedules.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized and uptodate records of customer transactions and dealership documentation including titles and MSO's.
- Assist with the preparation of reports as required.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
