Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:


  • Assist with daytoday administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
  • Provide support to the finance and sales departments as needed.

Inventory Management:


  • Assist with accurate records of vehicle history.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicles.
  • Process license and registration for new and preowned vehicles.
  • Prepare paperwork for DMV on sold vehicles.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate record of vehicle inventory, billing wholesales and dealer trades.
  • Process intercompany trades.
  • Reconcile receivable schedules.

Record Keeping:


  • Maintain organized and uptodate records of customer transactions and dealership documentation including titles and MSO's.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports as required.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Support team members in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
