As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our potential customers on the incentives they are entitled in the state for going solar, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships face to face.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and attention to detail while delivering top-notch service.

Compensation:

$87,000 - $124,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a facetoface manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate and uptodate information about products, services, and government incentives.
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
Educate customers facetoface on renewable energy.
Meet with the team to come up with new ideas.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High school diploma; some college is a plus.
