Your task:

Lead the purchasing process from A to Z: from identifying needs with the department, to complete tender planning and execution, evaluation of offers, to project documentation while considering existing product categories and supplier strategies.
Ensure marketconforming conditions for the procured project needs. The challenge here is to comply with existing corporate guidelines.
You act as the central point of contact: Therefore, create an effective and efficient purchasing process for our employees, suppliers, and contractors, and take on independent communication, negotiation, and management.
Be responsible for the conception and handling of complex contracts, as well as their monitoring, compliance, and countermeasures in case of contract disruptions.
In addition, you will carry out orders, including evaluation and documentation, in the systems used.

Your Profile:

You have a degree or vocational training with specialized additional training in the technical or economic field and have relevant professional experience (at least 3 years).
You are very familiar with procurement processes and are familiar with the IT/TK industry (market and industry knowledge). Experience in energy procurement (electricity) would be desirable.
As a specialist in negotiation, you shine with sound business and contract law knowledge.
You are proficient in the use of tools, including SAP ERP, and ideally have had first experiences with Onventis.
