    Job DescriptionAs the Memory Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with all community policies and procedures and applicable state regulations as they apply to Memory Care.

    You will develop, implement, and maintain the Memory Care Unit through continuous improvement of services provide and develop relationships with residents, family and community.

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop a therapeutic environment for residents with Alzheimer and other forms of Dementia.
    Assist with providing staff with the appropriate training and support to address the emphasis of the program.
    Coordinate staffing and responsibilities to meet the needs of the residence.

    Assures quality of services through a continuous quality assurance and improvement programsProvide quality care for residents to address medical needs.

    QualificationsCompletion of Dementia training as required by state regulations.3-years related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working in an assisted living secured environment.

    Must possess a current state-specific driver's license and appropriate driving record.
    Receives and maintains CPR certification.
