Job Description
Serves as group leader responsible for administrative supervision of 10-15 professional engineers, and full technical and administrative supervision of 10-15 Information Technology (IT) specialists.
Promotes sound position management principles and programs.
Provides advice and counsel to employees relative to work and administrative matters.
Provides advice and guidance for preparation of information system plans, systems design plans, engineering installation plans, test plans, statements of work, performance work statements.

To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-03/GS-13). Providing advice and expertise to Senior officials and leaders in the application of Information Technology to operational problems.
