- Ticket Handling: Resolve Remedy tickets related to quarantines, patches, and updates.
- Hardware & Software Management: Manage installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Network Infrastructure: Oversee routers, servers, hubs, and switches maintenance.
- Accreditation Records: Maintain meticulous records for all systems.
- Tier III Help Desk Services: Provide advanced support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge Management: Update digital solutions for common issues.
- Peripherals Support: Assist with printers, scanners, etc.
- On-site Assistance: Support end-users at their workstations.
- Document Tracking: Record issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Support: Assist users in various environments.
- Server Support: Deliver top-notch support for server environments.
- Additional Support: Assist with Inventory Management, Ticket Triaging, and more.
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of cybersecurity experience (or additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- DoD IAT Level II or higher certifications.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- Expertise in Help Desk operations and supporting a large number of customers.
- Proficiency in VB scripting/PowerShell, SCCM CB, and Windows 10.
