Davidson, NC is looking for two full-time positions (39 hours/week) for our LWL Inclusion Office for Social Participation. Part-time options are also available. These positions may potentially become permanent after two years. Please apply by February 19, 2024, with reference number 5935.Your Responsibilities:
Your main task will be to support the implementation of a new digital billing process (MASS) between LWL and facility providers, and to accompany the process during the pilot phase.
Your duties will include:
- Monthly billing of services according to SGB IX and SGB XII during the pilot phase: paper billing and digital billing (MASS)
- Documenting the results of the billing during the pilot phase and communicating and providing feedback to the respective facility provider
- Clarifying inquiries, discrepancies, and outstanding items with the facility provider, and relaying any issues or questions to the MASS project management
- Transitioning the digital billing process into regular operation after a successful pilot phase
- Supporting and accompanying the responsible clerks in the billing department of the LWL Inclusion Office for Social Participation for the respective facility after the pilot phase is completed
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in the municipal public sector (e.g. administrative assistant, Coesfeld model, office management clerk, administrative training course I)
- Other relevant threeyear vocational training (commercial/administrative) with connections to the mentioned tasks
- Very careful and conscientious work ethic
