The SPACE CABANA is a company that develops and produces audio and video formats for a young target audience.

We are currently seeking a Production Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on comedy game shows in Berlin to join our production team and work on a new show format.

Responsibilities:

Creating and monitoring budgets
Negotiating and managing contracts with broadcasters, service providers, and performers
Creating production schedules, overseeing and monitoring productions
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in contracts and production processes
Booking technical equipment and studios/locations
Coordinating and managing different departments
Finalizing production budgets

Qualifications:

Several years of experience in the film and television industry
Creativity, dedication, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills, structured work approach, and a high level of responsibility
Teamwork, communication skills, and enjoyment of working with different personalities
Proficiency in MS Office and Sesam
