    Accounting and Invoicing Specialist Needed (Temp to Hire)
    Our manufacturing company located in Warrensville Heights is seeking an EDI and Invoicing Specialist.

    This is a full time position with the opportunity to be involved in many areas within the Accounting and Receivables department.

    The successful candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented, and be able to work successfully with a variety of computer software programs.

    In this position you will be part of the accounting department, reporting to the controller, and you will perform the billing and invoicing tasks for this division, along with some order entry tasks.


    Hours:
    Monday- Friday, 7am-9am start working an 8.0 hours shift


    Location: Warrensville Heights, 44128


    The primary responsibilities will include:

    • Selecting invoices for billing and invoicing daily.
    • Running our EDI system and processing all EDI transactions.
    • Submitting invoices and shipping notices electronically on customer web portals.
    • Running monthly sales rep commission reports.
    • Assisting with other general accounting functions as needed, including allocation of freight charges, and running Crystal reports.


    The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a variety of team members, and be willing to take on new challenges.

    An Associates degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent prior work experience (1-2 years) performing typical receivables functions. Computer skills are a must. Prior experience in working with other departments, specifically order entry and shipping, is highly desirable. Prior experience with an ERP system will be very helpful.
