Location Manager / Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the Ruhr area:

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation of sales and company goals
  • Goal and resultoriented management of employees
  • Sales, profit and budget responsibility for the location
  • Close, cooperative collaboration with other areas of the business as well as administration and management
  • Intensive market and competition observation in your market responsibility area
  • Planning and implementation of strategies to exploit the potential of the location

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Completed sales manager training
  • Proven experience as a leader, ideally as a sales manager
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales within our brands
  • Leadership personality with a high level of customer and service orientation
  • Reliability and quick comprehension
  • Independent and selfmotivated work is a given for you
