As a member of our small team, you will work directly with the CEO on high-priority tasks across multiple areas.

This unique opportunity will teach you how to build a business from the ground up, solve complex problems, and achieve any goal.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the organization and project management of our main projects.
  • Prepare, participate in, and document strategy and management meetings.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any blockers or problems.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, requiring adaptability across various functions.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in German (native) and English (advanced/native), additional languages are a plus.
  • Background or studies in business, engineering, economics, or entrepreneurship.
  • Experience working with tech startups in SaaS or ecommerce is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and trustworthy.
  • Work location: Berlin, Schöneberg.
